Simple Yogurt Bread

Ingredients
- 200 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 5 grams Baking powder
- 150 grams Plain yogurt
- 35 grams Sugar
- 35 grams Vegetable oil
Directions

1Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

2Combine and sift the ingredients and add a third of it to the bowl.

3Use a whisk to mix until smooth.

4Add the remaining ingredients and use a rubber spatula to mix with a kneading motion.

5Make into one lump of dough.

6Divide into 6 pieces and make into round shapes.

7If you find them a bit stick apply a little flour.

8Spread out paper towels on a baking pan and lay the rolls.

9Bake in an oven at 180 C for 25 to 30 minutes (no need to preheat).

10These came out nicely.

11The centres are soft and fluffy.
