  • 3 to 3 1/2 lb. boneless pot roast rump, chuck or round
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

    In Dutch oven, brown roast on medium heat.

    Simmer, covered, turning occasionally, 2 1/2 hours or until tender.
