- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 can chow mein or rice noodles
- mixed salad greens (romaine, bibb, iceberg, leaf, radicchio, etc.)
- 1/2 c. oil
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Mix salad greens.
