  • 2 lb. beef sirloin, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. dry wine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. water
  • salt and pepper to taste
