  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb./450 g), 1 to 1-1/2 inches thick
  • 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce

    Mix first 4 ingredients; brush onto steak.

    Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
