- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak (1 lb./450 g), 1 to 1-1/2 inches thick
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Guinness Draught Beer Blend Barbecue Sauce

1Mix first 4 ingredients; brush onto steak.

3Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
