- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cut and slice in strips.

2Add all ingredients and put in crock-pot.

3Cook several hours (start out at high heat for 2 1/2 hours and turn back to low for another 4 hours or until done). Serve with cooked noodles.
