- 1 lb. ground beef, uncooked
- 2 large potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. rice
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. green beans
- 1 1/2 to 2 cans tomato soup
Directions

1Crumble 1/2 ground beef in the bottom of an 11 x 3-inch pan (save 1/2 for top).

2If using raw rice (not Minute), bring to boil and soak while preparing other ingredients.

3Layer ingredients in order given, 1/2 meat last.

4Pour soup over all (can thin with a little water, if desired).

5Cover, bake at 325° to 350° for 1 1/2 hours.

6Serves 6 to 8.
