- 1/2 c. dry rice
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large can tomato juice
Directions

1Slice potatoes very thin.

2Slice onions and peppers.

3Brown hamburger.

4In a baking dish, layer potatoes, meat, onion, rice and peppers and cover with tomato juice.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
