- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 18 oz. can tomatoes
Directions

1Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly.

2Drain. Spoon into casserole.

3Layer rice, potatoes, onion, green pepper and tomatoes over ground beef.

4Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until rice and vegetables are tender.
