  • potatoes, sliced
  • 3/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 good size onions, cut up fine
  • 2 green peppers, chopped fine
  • 1 large can tomatoes

Directions

    Slice potatoes to cover bottom of greased baking dish.

    Pour the uncooked rice over the potatoes.

    Brown the ground beef in a skillet; spread over rice.

    Spread the onions over the meat, then the green peppers.

    Pour the tomatoes over all.

    Season as desired.

    Bake in a slow oven at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
