- potatoes, sliced
- 3/4 c. uncooked rice
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3 good size onions, cut up fine
- 2 green peppers, chopped fine
- 1 large can tomatoes
Directions

1Slice potatoes to cover bottom of greased baking dish.

2Pour the uncooked rice over the potatoes.

3Brown the ground beef in a skillet; spread over rice.

4Spread the onions over the meat, then the green peppers.

5Pour the tomatoes over all.

6Season as desired.

7Bake in a slow oven at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
