- 1 onion, sliced
- green pepper rings
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. sliced potatoes
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans whole tomatoes
- salt
Directions

1In a 2-quart casserole dish or cooker, layer carrots, potatoes, celery, ground beef, onion, tomatoes and pepper.

2Add salt between each layer.

3Cover dish.

4Cook at 350° for 2 hours or on 275° for 1 1/2 hours in slow cooker until carrots are tender.
