- 2 tsp. salt

- 2 c. canned tomatoes

Directions

1Place potatoes in bottom of buttered casserole.

2Add celery, onion and peppers.

3Sprinkle salt and pepper on layers, then add tomatoes on top.

4Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
