  • 1 ripe avocado, cut in half, divided
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup light sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. (1/2 of 35-g pkg.) 40%-less-sodium taco seasoning mix
  • 3 Tbsp. salsa
  • 1 small tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

    Mash half the avocado with cream cheese until well blended; spread onto bottom of pie plate.

    Mix sour cream and seasoning mix; spread over cream cheese mixture.

    Chop remaining avocado; mix with salsa.

    Spread over sour cream layer; cover with remaining ingredients.

    Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

    Serve with Ritz Chips.
