Ingredients: 3 avocados (peeled and pitted); 2 tbsp. lemon juice; 1 c. cream cheese, softened; 2 c. lowfat sour cream; 1 (15/16 ounce.) pkg. taco seasoning mix; 2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shreded; 3 c. tomatoes, minced fine; 5 green onions, white and green parts, sliced; 1/2 c. black olives, sliced

1 c. cream cheese, softened
2 c. lowfat sour cream

Layer One: Mash avocados and mix well with lemon juice; spread in bottom of casserole dish.

Layer Two: Beat cream cheese till smooth.

Blend in lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning, mix well.

Spread over avocado mix.

Layer Three: Sprinkle cheese over layer two.

Layer Four: Sprinkle tomatoes over layer three.

Layer Five: Spread onions over layer four.
