- 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 c. grated American cheese
- 3 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1Combine all ingredients (except cheese and potato chips). Toss lightly and spoon into 1-quart casserole. Spread cheese and chips on top. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through and brown on top. Cut into squares and serve.
