  • 3 c. peeled, sliced potatoes
  • 1 can kernel corn, drained
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up

Directions

    In 3-quart casserole, layer in order given, starting with potatoes and ending with beef.

    Salt and pepper each layer to taste.

    Pour tomatoes and juice over casserole.

    Cook, covered, in 350° oven for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are done.

    Serve with green salad.
