  • 1 box (16 oz.) Raisin Bran cereal
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 5 c. flour
  • 5 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 qt. buttermilk

Directions

    Mix together Raisin Bran cereal, sugar, flour and salt. Add oil, eggs and buttermilk and mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Bake in muffin tins at 375-400° for 15-20 minutes.
