- cabbage

- onions
- yellow squash
- Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Melt butter in an iron skillet.

2Place 1 layer of cabbage, 1 layer of potatoes, sliced, 1 layer of onions, diced, and 1 layer of yellow squash.

3Cook covered on top of stove on slow.

4Check with fork every 10 minutes to test how it is cooking.

5Cook for 30 minutes.

6When done, top with Velveeta cheese and let simmer until melted.
