- 1 large head green cabbage
- 1 large bell pepper
- 4 small tomatoes or 1 can tomatoes, drained
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- 1 large onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 3 slices bacon, fried crisp (optional)
Directions

1Chop vegetables coarsely.

2Heat large skillet or wok to medium-high setting, using bacon drippings or two teaspoons of vegetable oil.

3Pour all vegetables into skillet or wok and cover. Cook 8 to 10 minutes only to heat vegetables and remove from heat while slightly crisp.

4May top with crisp crumbled bacon.
