- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 small head cabbage, chopped
- 5 carrots, shredded
- 10 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- shake of Louisiana hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. sugar
Directions

1In a large skillet, add oil to heat, then add cabbage, carrots, bell pepper and onion.

2When done, add sugar, crumbled bacon, hot sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

3Cook 15 minutes; if you want crispy vegetables, do not cover pan.

4Cook until well blended.
