- 4 to 6 split boneless chicken breasts, skinned.
- 2 tablespoons curry.
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper(less if prefer less heat).
- 2 12 ounce bottles pale ale (your favorite).
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Ground pepper (to taste).
- Enough water to cover the chicken.
- Paprika.
- Watercress (as garnish).
Directions

1Combine spices and beer in a deep sauce pan and bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium low. Immerse chicken and add water to cover. Simmer chicken to well done. Grill chicken just for grill marks,serve sprinkled with paprika, and garnish with watercress.
