- 3 c. finely shredded cabbage
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1About 20 minutes before serving, in 10-inch skillet, on medium low heat in hot oil, stir all ingredients until well mixed.

2Cover pan and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
