- 1 envelope dry onion or onion mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, partially thawed and drained
- 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 c. red wine
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1In a large skillet, blend soup mix, oil, water, juice and garlic powder.

2Let stand 5 minutes.

3Then bring to boil, stir in chicken, vegetables, spaghetti sauce and wine.

4Cook, uncovered 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is done. Serve over hot rice.
