  • 34 cup sugar
  • 1 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter (not margarine)
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Directions
