  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Wrap handle of 10-inch nonstick skillet with foil.

    Heat oil in skillet on medium heat.

    Add chopped vegetables and hash browns; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

    Whisk eggs, water and mustard until blended; pour over vegetable mixture.

    Heat broiler.
