- 2 c. chopped cooked potatoes
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 2/3 c. water
Directions

1Combine beef, potatoes, onion, parsley, salt ad pepper.

2Melt shortening in large skillet.

3Spread meat mixture in skillet. Brown hash 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently with wide spatula. Stir in water.

4Cover; reduce heat and cook 10 minutes or until crisp. Makes 4 servings.
