Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 16 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 c. egg noodles
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley

Directions

    Brown meat in oil until done; drain.

    Add water, onion, celery and spaghetti sauce.

    Bring to a boil.

    Line the skillet with noodles, cover with lid and cook over low heat.

    When noodles are done, add cheese.

    Cook until all cheese has melted; salt and pepper to taste.

    Layer the cheese on top of meat and noodles.

    It is ready when all cheese melts.
