- 10 oz. ground turkey
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- pinch of salt
- pinch of basil
- garlic to taste
- 1 container nonfat cottage cheese
- 6 lasagna noodles
- 14 oz. can crushed tomatoes
Directions

1Cook ground turkey, onion, garlic, salt and basil in skillet. Spread cottage cheese over meat mixture.

2Lay 6 lasagna noodles (not cooked) over cottage cheese.

3Add the tomatoes.

4Cover and cook 35 minutes over low heat.
