Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound shrimp leaned
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 10 ounces green peas
  • 1 package seasonings for rice, chicken and herb
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 4 ounces ham ut into thin, strips
  • 1/2 cup olives ripe, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

Directions

    Saute shrimp in melted butter, 2 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

    Add water, peas and seasoning mix.

    Bring to a full boil.

    Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.

    Cover, remove from heat.

    Let stand 5 minutes.
