- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
- 2 c. cabbage, shredded
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Melt oleo in skillet.

2Add remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Ingredients may be prepared early in day and mixed together in skillet 15 minutes before dinner.
