Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 can (2 1/4 c.) tomato juice
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. uncooked spaghetti
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Directions

1In 12-inch skillet, brown ground beef; drain off excess fat. Stir in chili powder, oregano, sugar, salt and garlic salt.

2Blend in tomato paste.

3Stir in tomato juice, onion and 3 1/2 cups water.

4Bring to a boil.

5Carefully add spaghetti; stir to separate strands.

6Cover and simmer, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes.

7Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.

8Makes 4 to 6 servings.
