- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. water
- 1 (18 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. minced dried onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 7 oz. spaghetti
- 7 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In large skillet, combine ground beef, water, tomato juice, tomato paste, minced onion, chili powder, salt, garlic salt and oregano.

2Bring to a boil.

3Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes; stir often.

4Add uncooked spaghetti and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring often.

5Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. Makes 7 (1 cup) servings.
