  • 1 1/2 c. peeled, cubed 1-inch butternut squash
  • 1 1/2 c. peeled, quartered and sliced 1/2 inch yellow crookneck squash
  • 1 1/2 c. unpeeled, sliced 1/8-inch zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
