- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 lb. smoked sausage or kielbasa
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
Directions

1Combine cabbage, onion and green bell pepper in a large skillet. Cut sausage diagonally into 1-inch chunks and combine with vegetables.

2Add water and seasonings. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
