- 6 slices bacon
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. cooked kielbasa sausage
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet.

2Saute potatoes, carrots, green pepper and onion in drippings.

3Add sausage; cut into 4-inch chunks.

4Cover.

5Heat until sausage is heated through. Remove to platter and top with crumbled bacon.
