  • 1 Pot boiling water
  • 3/4 pound Hearty pasta such as rigatoni, penne or ziti
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/8 cup Vodka
  • 1 Medium Yellow Onion, chopped into small dice
  • 2 Large cans whole tomatoes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup Plain, nonfat Greek-style yogurt (I make my own, it's so simple, See ** Below)
