- 6 medium potatoes

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 12 cups hot water
- 14 cup beer
- 14 cup chopped parsley
Directions

1Cut meat into 1/4 inch thick slices and pound slightly.

3Heat butter, saute onion and brown meat on all sides.

8Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour until meat is tender.
