- 1 onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar (I've cut to 1/2 c.)
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 oz. pimento
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Mix together vinegar, sugar, and water.

2Heat this mixture and let it get cold, then mix with cabbage, etc.

3Keep in refrigerator. Wait 24 hours before serving.

4Keeps several days.
