- 4 carrots
- 2 green peppers
- onions
- celery
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Shred and chop all vegetables fine.

2Put 1/2 cup sugar on it and let stand while you boil remaining ingredients.

3Bring to boil and pour over slaw; let stand 2 hours before stirring. Refrigerate and will keep for several weeks.
