- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. bran flakes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener/Equal
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. seedless raisins
Directions

1Sift flour, add salt, baking powder and cinnamon.

2Add flakes, peanuts and raisins.

3Beat egg.

4Add remaining ingredients.

5Stir into flour mixture.

6Drop by teaspoon onto sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

7Yields 30 cookies.
