Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. bran flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped peanuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener/Equal
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. seedless raisins

Directions

    Sift flour, add salt, baking powder and cinnamon.

    Add flakes, peanuts and raisins.

    Beat egg.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Stir into flour mixture.

    Drop by teaspoon onto sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
