  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, split longways
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 2 bunches watercress
  • 2 tablespoons beluga caviar

    Remove the yolks from hard-boiled eggs and mash with sour cream.
