Ingredients

  • 2 strips of bacon per person
  • 2 potatoes per person
  • 3 eggs per person
  • 1/4 cup cheese per person, to taste
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cooking oil as needed
  • 1 salt, pepper & garlic to taste

Directions

    Wash, peel and chop potatoes into bite sized pieces.

    Fry bacon until crispy and set aside.

    Add butter to bacon grease and add potatoes.

    Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste while frying potatoes on medium heat, stirring frequently.

    Add oil if needed.

    Once potatoes are done, turn down heat to low and add beaten eggs and crumbled bacon, stirring constantly.

    Add cheese last, stirring until just melted.

    Serve and watch it disappear!
