- 2 strips of bacon per person
- 2 potatoes per person
- 3 eggs per person
- 1/4 cup cheese per person, to taste
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 cooking oil as needed
- 1 salt, pepper & garlic to taste
Directions

1Wash, peel and chop potatoes into bite sized pieces.

2Fry bacon until crispy and set aside.

3Add butter to bacon grease and add potatoes.

4Add salt, pepper and garlic to taste while frying potatoes on medium heat, stirring frequently.

5Add oil if needed.

6Once potatoes are done, turn down heat to low and add beaten eggs and crumbled bacon, stirring constantly.

7Add cheese last, stirring until just melted.

8Serve and watch it disappear!
