  • 1 large round loaf crusty bread
  • 2-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cans chopped clams, drain and save 1/4 C. liquid
  • 2 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 Tbsp. beer
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Raw veggies for dipping

    Cut top from bread with sharp knife.

    Hollow loaf leaving 1 1/2 to 2 inch thick shell.

    Cut bread into cubes and set aside.
