Slow Cooked Goulash

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 12 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

    Place beef in slow cooker with onions and garlic.

    Stir together flour, salt, pepper and paprika.

    Add to slow cooker and stir to coat meat.

    Stir in the tomatoes.

    Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours.

    Add sour cream.

    Remove from slow cooker and allow to cool.

    Place in freezer bag.

    Label and freeze.

    To serve: thaw.
