Slow Cooker Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1 large onion i use red but use what you want
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cup dry white wine or 1\2 cup more broth
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika

    Cut onion and potato into 1/4 in.

    slices.

    Place onion on bottom of slow cooker then add potato (you can also add carrot here if you like them )

    Combine broth, wine, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper.

    Pour over veggies.

    Combine salt, pepper and paprika and coat chicken.

    Put thighs on top

    Low 7-8 hrs high 4-5hrs

    NOTE: you can make a gravy using to juice
