- 1 pound Chicken
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Cooking White Wine
- 1 Tablespoon Brandy
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 whole Apple
- 1/4 cups Dried Cranberries, Cherry Flavored
Directions

1Take chicken and pound in between Saran wrap to make it thin, about 1/2 inch thick.

2Cover chicken with flour.

3Heat butter in a frying pan.

4It takes about 1 minute.

5Place chicken in the frying pan and cook on each side until brown.

6It takes about 5 minutes on each side.

7While chicken is cooking, prepare the sauce.

8Mix the cooking white wine, brandy and honey together.

9Also, cut the apple into thin slices.

10I use honey crisp apple.

11When chicken is done, take out of pan.

12In the frying pan, add the sauce, apple slices and cherries.

13Cook for 3 minutes.

14Add chicken and cook for 5 more minutes or until the apples are tender.
