Slow-Cooker Smoked Pulled Pork

  • 2 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke
  • Salt

    Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat.

    Add pork and sear for about a minute per side.

    Remove and set aside.

    Place seared pork in the slow cooker along with the liquid smoke and salt, to taste.

    Cook on high for 4 hours (or on low for 8 hours).
