- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 lb. pork baby back ribs
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup water
Directions

1Mix seasonings until blended; rub onto both sides of ribs.

2Place half the ribs in single layer on large sheet of heavy-duty foil; wrap tightly.

3Repeat with remaining ribs on separate sheet of foil.

4Refrigerate 4 hours.

5Heat oven to 325F.

6Unwrap ribs.

7Reserve 1/2 cup barbecue sauce; brush ribs with remaining sauce.

8Bring up foil sides; double fold top and one end of each packet to seal.

9Add 1/4 cup water to each packet through open end.

10Double-fold remaining ends, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

11Place in single layer on baking sheet.

12Bake 2 hours or until ribs are done.

13Remove ribs from foil; discard foil.

14Heat grill to medium-high heat.

15Add ribs to grill; brush evenly with half the reserved barbecue sauce.

16Grill 15 min., turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce.
