- 1 babyback pork ribs
- 1 cup bbq sauce of choice
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup season all salt
- 8 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp fresh black pepper
- 2 tbsp salt
Directions

1Sm.

2Wood chips of choice over fire in any pit, i use metal rnd.

3Cake pan

4Peel membrane from bottom of rack (very imp.)

5Pat ribs dry with pap.twl.

6rub with mustard all over

7Mix dry ing.

8In cup, sprinkle over ribs entirely and pat

9Place ribs away from direct fire on pit and keep at 250 to 300F for 3 hrs.

10Pull from pit, baste heavy with sauce, foil wrap well, back in pit or oven at same temp for 2 hrs.

11Pull, unwrap, baste heavy, back in PIT for 1 hr.

12Pull and serve, be careful pulling they will be tender
