  • 1 c. ground nuts
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Pat nuts, flour and butter into 9 x 13-inch baking pan and bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

    Mix cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together until smooth.

    In a separate bowl, mix instant pudding with milk.

    Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.

    Cover with layer of Cool Whip.

    Garnish with chopped nuts.

    Keep refrigerated.
